Air!!!
Air within us:
Air resembles the tension we have; let’s say fear here, which comes out from us. What are the organs which resembles Air? They are Nasal passage, pharynx, larynx, sinus, Trachea, Bronchi, lungs, etc.
Air in the Food we intake:
All foods which are astringent and bitter has more of Air content in it. When we intake more of them, it reflects with diseases such as weight gain, sluggishness, lethargy, dullness, depression, slow digestion, allergies, sinus and respiratory problems. This also makes us get tensed frequently. If we get tensed mostly, then it will cause Air in our body which will intern results in diseases stated above.
Taking balanced diet is making us to keep Air content in a balanced manner in our body.
Air in the World:
Air causes Storms, hurricanes, etc. Is that in our control? Yes it’s in our control; let’s take what happens in our body. When we take food which has astringent and bitter taste, it makes us get tension and in return we get weight gain, sluggishness, lethargy, dullness, depression, slow digestion, allergies, sinus and respiratory problems. Later, if we keep on taking food with more of salty taste than what we required for the body, then it results in further damage to the parts of the body. Likewise, when we give tension out to the world, it gives Air to the outer world. In return some of the parts in the world get damaged due to Floods, drought, torrential rains, climate change, etc.
Food we take and what we give to the world:
- Feel calmness in yourself in all situations
- When you take food, i.e. astringent and bitter taste food, keep an eye that when you eat it, it should keep you pleasant to eat. When you feel the taste changes, that’s the limit.
