Auto Suggestion
What is mean by Auto Suggestion?
Just repeating the word “Auto Suggestion” again and again, it will not make any sense. Auto suggestion is a different kind. Whenever you feel low in confident or you want to charge yourself in a regular basis you can do the Auto Suggestion. Auto Suggestion is nothing but the repetition of the strong desire and ambition exposing through words.
If you repeat that kind of powerful words, it will plant into the subconscious mind, but it will take sometime to reach there. For this you have to try the method in a persistent basis. For example if you want to become rich, just chant “I WANT TO BECOME RICH ” with full concentration and faith, just repeat again and again, if possible just imagine about this in mental picture.
The Auto suggestion will help to destroy you old weakness which is deeply rooted in to your subconscious. For instance you are a scary person would fear about almost everything. You can come out of it through immense practice of Auto Suggestion. For that you have to repeat “I am a bold Man”
Through regular practice you can come out of your fearful state of mind.
Practical method
1. Choose a calm room or atmosphere.
2. If possible you can lay down in a bed or carpet. Close your eyes
3. You should not put too many words in auto suggestion.
4. Know your priority.
5. Select it and choose it without any hesitation.
6. For example, if you are lazy person want to get rid of the habit, say repeatedly “I am active person”. You have to chant this slowly and steadily with concentrated mind. Repeat this as many times as possible. After the auto suggestion, you can imagine and dream about this for better result.
Your mind will force you, that won’t allow you to sit idle; it would force you to do the work
(One thing you have to put in mind-auto suggestion method is it will provide the necessary power to do your work, or eliminate the old weakness, but you have to implement it)
