Every day I learnt something from my friends, Colleagues, Relatives, Line Managers and special ones. I really thank all of them for the success in slimming.</p>
<p>The Secrets are below:</p>

<li><strong>1.       </strong><strong>Socialize:</strong></li>
</ol>
<p>It started with my colleague who compelled me to come with them for the office trip to Ooty. I always wanted to work hard to earn money and I thought I have to spend time for that alone. It’s Prakash my Colleague who changed that perspective. I went to that trip. Even though I was alone, every step the company team building event took changed me to socialize. I thought one day,  I will break free if we socialize with people and it helps us to move a step to reach our goal. Thanks Prakash to make this happen. It’s really you who has started the change in me. This was August 2010.</p>
<ol>
<li><strong>2.       </strong><strong>Take a break to rejuvenate:</strong></li>
</ol>
<p>I always like to be alone in tough situations.  I like to stay alone and think about it for hours, days and even years. It took a long time to heal from that tough situation. It was October 2010, Antony told me about the trekking and he asked me if I could join him. I told him I could join him. I went with him along with Ranganathan. The two days has changed a lot of things in me. I was very silent and I was just watching what other people did. Lot of the trekkers volunteered in helping each other. It was embarrassing to me when I saw even Ranga and Antony were doing that. I thought I should do that definitely. <strong></strong></p>
<p>It was March 2011, a trip to Wayanad with friends Arun, Hariprasad, Ranga and Antony where my entire jinx has gone away from me. Thanks to Prakash, Ranga and Antony for this change in me. You made me to socialize with people. I enjoyed to the fullest in this trip. It changed me a lot.</p>
<ol>
<li><strong>3.       </strong><strong>Changing the personality:</strong></li>
</ol>
<p>When I saw Arun, Navaneethan and some people around my office, I felt like I should change my outfit and personality. Arun told me about the contact lens which he got. I was wearing spectacles and thought I should change them. He helped me getting one. That started giving confidence in me. It’s changing your personality to your liking is one of the gift and I should thank Arun and Navaneethan for that. Even Mohan was helping me in my outfit. Thanks for that. Till the year 2011, my cousin’s father used to call me Brush because of my hair style. I tried lot of things to change my hairstyle. It was the year 2011, when I went to Hair Spa center to change this. It took almost 6 months for me to change this. Now, I try to change the Hair Style as per my wish. That’s a great achievement for me.</p>

</strong>Air resembles the tension we have; let’s say fear here, which comes out from us. What are the organs which resembles Air? They are Nasal passage, pharynx, larynx, sinus, Trachea, Bronchi, lungs, etc.</p>

<p><strong>Air in the Food we intake:<br />
</strong>All foods which are astringent and bitter has more of Air content in it. When we intake more of them, it reflects with diseases such as weight gain, sluggishness, lethargy, dullness, depression, slow digestion, allergies, sinus and respiratory problems. This also makes us get tensed frequently. If we get tensed mostly, then it will cause Air in our body which will intern results in diseases stated above.</p>
<p>Taking balanced diet is making us to keep Air content in a balanced manner in our body.</p>
<p><strong>Air in the World:<br />
</strong>Air causes Storms, hurricanes, etc. Is that in our control? Yes it’s in our control; let’s take what happens in our body. When we take food which has astringent and bitter taste, it makes us get tension and in return we get weight gain, sluggishness, lethargy, dullness, depression, slow digestion, allergies, sinus and respiratory problems. Later, if we keep on taking food with more of salty taste than what we required for the body, then it results in further damage to the parts of the body. Likewise, when we give tension out to the world, it gives Air to the outer world. In return some of the parts in the world get damaged due to Floods, drought, torrential rains, climate change, etc.</p>
<p><strong>Food we take and what we give to the world:<br />
</strong>- Feel calmness in yourself in all situations<br />
- When you take food, i.e. astringent and bitter taste food, keep an eye that when you eat it, it should keep you pleasant to eat. When you feel the taste changes, that’s the limit.</p>

<p>We have to take a glass container which has a lid and make it tightly packed with Rice in it. Now, we are going to just see what happens in the glass container.</p>

<p>Say after certain time, the Rice would be having some insects in it and the insects would be eating some rice. Let’s not open them. We shall wait for some more time and see what happens. Then, then there would be lot of worms in the glass container. After a while the worm transforms to some other insect or species and this process continues on. There would a process of evolution of new species in the container and they form a new species within them like survival of the fittest. But slowly they go to a place where the vessel would be empty.</p>
<p>This is a long process and definitely it would take a long time. People please think what happened in the container. If we take science in this, there are 5 elements which play a vital part in the formation of anything in the whole universe.  They are Air, Water, Space, Fire and Land. When we take the glass container with the rice, it had all these components. So, when the Rice which we take here as a substance for reference, it too has air, water, space, fire and land components in it. So, it should have the same composition of all the five elements in it. A new revolution of new species or creation of the world happens when one or some of the elements composition varies. A Man is created by these process and all have these elements.</p>
<p>I am learning these things and will post them as and when I learn and when you ask for any queries, I will answer them if I know the answer or get you details in my perspective and advise you on it.</p>

She told the Doctor that she is going to leave a company because the Boss was not approachable and always blame, accuse and ill-treat her. Then, the Doctor advised her if she could follow what he tells. A lady told her definitely she could do that. Then, the Doctor advised her to pick up a good thing from her boss, say if he dressed well, she could say your shirt is very nice and something similar daily for three months and then come to the doctor. If she still wants to leave the company, then she could leave. The Lady told the doctor how she could do this if the boss is totally a person who has no good habit or any good things to say. The Doctor said you will be having lot of moments with him in a day. Find one of them for the whole day and say that to him. With hesitation the lady told the doctor she would do that.</p>

<p>After 3 months, the lady came to the doctor and the doctor asked her what happened. She told him she is going to leave the company. The Doctor asked if the Boss still behaves like what the lady told earlier. The Lady told she is gonna get married, so she is leaving the company. The Doctor asked what about the boss. The Lady told the doctor he is her fiancé. The Life has changed for her. What really happened, if anyone knows?</p>
<p>This is what we think, speak and do have a drastic result in your life.</p>
