Subconscious mind
Subconscious mind is like a hard disk of a human. Conscious mind is like a RAM, whatever the continuous thoughts you collect from your conscious mind will be stored to the subconscious mind.
It’s very difficult to define about subconscious, because it’s very much related to the divineness. You can get the benefits of subconscious mind by using your conscious mind effectively. The Strong desire, Auto Suggestions, Positive Imaging, Positive Dreaming are planted into subconscious mind which will then take necessary steps to implement the mental picture to make it true. Besides that you have to put the hard work, practice, and necessary knowledge to finish the particular job, task, aim or ambition you are aiming at. The mind structure will change through this.
If you started believing yourself, you will become a positive person with positive attitude. For this you have to work hard. You have to believe yourself, believe in your ability continuously, not in a day or so, you have to do this continuously so the old pattern of your mind will change.
Then the conscious effort will transform into subconscious, for example people would be driving a car and in the meanwhile they would be talking to someone. How its possible, because of the subconscious mind, but initially they have to take care of the driving with lot of effort and sincerity, then it will become easy to them as subconscious mind will be taking care of the driving where the conscious mind will be talking with the other person.
Subconscious mind take care of the complicated actions like heart beat, blood circulation, digestion in the human body. If you use it effectively then it will do wonders to you. It will not work unless you take any conscious effort.
The miracles tend to happen in the world. Some people do adventures, miracles and unbelievable works, which are not even thinkable by a common man. What is different between the common man and extraordinary man, you can’t find much difference in terms of physical appearance. The extraordinary people use their subconscious mind wisely.
Here are some ways to communicate with your subconscious mind,
1. Meditation
2. Autosuggestion
3. Self Talk
4. Positive dreaming
5. Reading some inspirational quotes from the philosophies and the genius people.
