Positive dreaming is making a mental picture of how you are going to attain a goal and what way you are going to follow to reach the goal.

When we do task or duty repeatedly, it would plant in our subconscious mind. We tend to do the task or duty at ease without much effort. For example: While we learn driving, we will watch our gear, brake, etc and when we are well versed, we feel ease and even we talk with others and drive, that’s what subconscious mind does.
