1 hour exercise daily, jogging, stretching, push-ups, pull-ups will make us to reduce our weight.
Laziness is the route-cause for all the failures. Procrastination should be eradicated from us to get our self to the leader position and become successful.
When we determined to a task, we will have focus on them and we will make it happen even if the environment says you can’t.
