The Power of Positive Thinking
Positive thinking reflects on positive people where they tend to think in a positive way. The power of positive thinking is unlimited. You can gain a lot if you think in a positive way. Cancer is a life threatening disease, tough to survive, but Lance Armstrong thought in a different way, in a positive way, he won lot of championship in cycling with cancer. If you take any miracles and achievements in any field, it is achieved through positive thinking. Human mind gives the output from the essence of their thinking rather than anything else.
How do you think positively?
The mental picture or image we put in our mind is called thinking. The process would take place without our control. If we change that in a proper practice we can change our life, but that require lot of patience and hard work. You have to put positive imaging in your mind screen to get your desired result, but this has to happen in a regular basis, in a constant manner, it would take some time to produce the desired result.
For example if you are scary person, you want to get rid of that mindset, you have to put the positive image that you are bold man and you are involved in brave things. If you think positively you will become a bold and brave person.
Relaxation Method
Choose a calm room or common place which is suitable and would give a peace of mind to you.
Sit or you can lay down comfortably.
Close your eyes.
First think your body is relaxed. Then start thinking as your head is relaxing. Then your neck, then your hands, then your back, then your legs. Like wise think as if your total body is relaxing.
Then, start thinking the change you want to see from yourself. It should be in continuous and meaningful.
For example if you want to become rich then think as you are working hard in your business and making some valuable decision and tie up with some big players and getting lot of money. It should be a continuous process.
Do like that frequently, when ever you find time. Think about the change you want to see from yourself.

Hi bala…you are doing a great job…i do believe in positive thinking, dream to achieve etc. and i have achieved many things in my life…..but I have a doubt ….there could be people who are so positive, dream and achieve…etc….but just gets killed in a plane accident….do you have any reply for this..as to what control all these?

One of the thing which we cannot control is death. Its Certain to everybody in this world. But we can postpone it through our Superconscious Mind. This Mind is equal to almighty. This can be obtained through Meditation and concentrating ourself and our surroundings. We will get the feel of everything and what will happen.
